How do the surveys work? How do I get paid?:

When you follow the link you receive from us from text messages and emails, you’ll go to our survey on a website called Qualtrics. Each survey should take no more than 10 minutes; Answer the questions as best you can. Once you complete the survey, you will receive compensation to your ClinCard card.  You’ll receive a text message and an email letting you know that the $10 has been put on your card.  It will sometimes take as much as a day after you finish the survey for the $10 to arrive.

Remember: If you have any questions or experience difficulties when filling out the surveys, please contact the research team at justicestudy@law.harvard.edu or give us a call at 617-496-1161.
